Toby Keith is a Legend in Country Music. He was loved by everyone and was always true to his music and himself. He was not a Democrat nor Republican. He was an Independent that loved his Country and performed for the soldiers here and overseas many times. He was very generous with his time and his money. Most people don’t realize the millions of dollars he donated because he didn’t talk about it. He just did it in true Toby fashion. We named our show American Soldier in Honor of his love for this country. God Bless the Big Dog Daddy himself Mr. Toby Keith! Your timeless music will live on forever! RIP TK

When he’s on stage, his accent flows as thick as gumbo roux and he tosses out one-liners as easily as he tosses shrimp into his cast iron cooking pot. His audiences laugh, learn and, dines at the end of his presentation. Chef Landry can put fun into any event by providing a generous supply of humor, along with appetizing Cajun dishes.

The Outlaw Mariachi is "LA's Premiere Rock Mariachi Band" it blends traditional mariachi sounds with the high powered energy of American and Latin rock music. Besides the addition of Mexican flare to the head banging hits from the classic rock era, these charros of rock integrate the romance of latin ballads and body shaking grooves of Afro-Cuban elements. The band mixes their unique style with hits from artists such as Jimi Hendrix, Eagles, Queen, Pink Floyd, Santana, Guns N' Roses, The Beatles, Lynyrd Skynyrd and even Rammstein!
