Tired of selling the same ol’ thing for your local fundraiser? 

Had enough of selling candies, washing cars, and bake sales?  Well now, for a limited time only, non-profit organizations can take advantage of a unique fundraising opportunity by selling advance sale tickets to the 63rd Annual Riverside County Fair & National Date Festival.

Non-profit organizations receive $.50 per each advance-sale admission ticket sold and $1.00 per advance-sale carnival admission ticket and season pass sold.  Attendance at the 2007 Fair was over 300,000 people. Over $23,700 were paid to non-profit groups that took advantage of this one-of-a-kind fundraising opportunity last year.

Advance ticket sales and distribution for NPOs begins on December 15, 2009 and ends on February 2, 2010.  Tickets will be distributed between the hours of 9:00 am to 4:00 pm at the new Riverside County Fair Administration Office, located at 82-503 Highway 111, Indio CA.  The final date to receive advance tickets to sell is Friday, January 29, 2010.
