The Eli Young Band

Grab your hat and your boots and come join us for the Eli Young Band who will be performing at the Riverside County Fair & National Date Festival on Saturday, February 18, at 7:30 p.m. in the Concert Pavilion.

With three number one hits under their belt as well as a Grammy nomination and an Academy of Country Music Award for Song of the Year for their hit “Crazy Girl,” the Eli Young Band approached their second Republic Nashville album, 10,000 Towns, with a sense of confidence and purpose. “We were genuinely excited about making this new record,” says bassist Jon Jones.

Voz de Mando

Sunday, February 19th at 7:30 p.m.

Enjoy the Latin Grammy Award-nominated Voz de Mando at the Riverside County Fair & National Date Festival on Sunday, February 19th, at 7:30 p.m. in the Fantasy Springs Concert Pavilion.

Founded in 2009 and hailing from Mexico, band members Jorge Gaxiola (accordion/vocals), Miguel Gaxiola (bajo quinto/vocals), Eduardo “El chino” Gonzalez (tuba), Adrian Gonzalez (drums) and Carlos “Charly” Sigala (keyboard/percussion) are based out of Los Angeles County. The band made a name for itself with the self-released albums Levantando la Vos (2009) and 12 Impactos de Alto Calibre (2009). The early success led to a contract with Universal’s Latin music imprint Disa Records. In 2010, they made their major label debut with Con la Nueva Federacion.

Cheap Trick is part of the very fiber of American music, inspiring and delighting generations with their unique union of massive melodies, razorblade riffs, their own special brand of mischievous wit and maximum rock ‘n’ roll. Frontlined since 1974 by Robin Zander (vocals, rhythm guitar), Rick Nielsen (lead guitar) and Tom Petersson (bass guitar), the Rockford, IL-born band is set to impact still another era with the spectacular new BANG ZOOM CRAZY…HELLO, their 17th studio collection and first in more than five years.

WAR

Saturday, February 25th at 7:30 p.m.

Witness WAR as they perform at the Riverside County Fair & National Date Festival on Saturday, February 25th, at 7:30 p.m. in the Fantasy Springs Concert Pavilion.

WAR spoke out against racism, hunger, gangs, crimes and turf wars as they climbed the charts with hits such as, “Low Rider,” “Don’t Let No One Get You Down,” “Why Can’t We Be Friends?,” “The Cisco Kid” and “Slippin’ Into Darkness.” “Our mission was to spread a message of brotherhood and harmony.” Original band members included; Lonnie Jordan (singer/keyboardist), Harold Brown (drums/vocals), the late Thomas “Papa Dee Allen (congas/timbales) and Charles Miller (saxophonist/flutist).
